SHAPE : Elongated to oval,
NUCLEUS: Vesicular, dispersed.
NUMBER: One.
PERIPHERAL CHROMATIN: Finely granular and evenly distributed.
KARYOSOME: Some small but larger than E. histolytica.
NUCUEOPLASM: Clean to dirty.
CYTOPLASM:
APPEARANCE: Finely granular.
INCLUSIONS: Cellular debris.
MOBILITY: Nondirectional and sluggish.
