a. Remove artifacts.
b. Measure part.
c. Set control panel.
d. Technical Factors: 14 x 17" (35 x 43 cm) lengthwise.

Divide in half lengthwise.

Detail screen, tabletop.
e. LM:
f. Patient/Part position: Patient seated at the end of table with elbow flexed 90 degrees.
a) Drop shoulder to place entire upper limb on same horizontal plane.
c) Align and center forearm to the long axis of the unmasked portion of the film.
d) Rotate hand and wrist into true lateral (thumb up)
e) position and support hand to prevent motion. (Ensure that the distal radius and
ulna are directly superimposed).
g. CR: CR perpendicular to film, directed to
