hospital commander is COL David C. Whitney; the Chief of Patient Administration is
Donald R. Ill of, MAJ, MS. On 14 Sep 9X, MSG Lee R. Nichols was admitted to your
hospital as a result of a stroke while working in the Finance and Accounting Division at
Ft. Hood, Texas. He was admitted at 1100 and died at 1815.
