(3) Workload Audit Report (Section I Only). The Workload Audit Report can be
generated to display all patients included in the WWR (Section I Only). The Workload Audit
Report includes the number of Admissions, Bed Days, Sick Days, and Admission and
Disposition dates for each Register Number, sorted by Patient Category within 3rd level
MEPRS, by Patient Category within 4th level MEPRS, by Patient Category only, or by 4th
level MEPRS within Patient Category.
(a) The total number of bed days on the Audit Report (Section I) should
match the total number of bed days on the Monthly MEPRS Report.
(b) The Workload Audit Report also includes the referring MEPRS (Clinical
Service) bed day information for patient assigned to DJ*MEPRS ICU Ward locations.
Referring MEPRS codes are noted by parentheses ( ) to display this information.
(c) Generating the Workload Audit Report is not possible if the Group
Worldwide Workload Report is chosen for the inpatient facility and its clinics.
(4) Worldwide Workload Audit of clinic visits. The Worldwide Workload Audit
of clinic visit data provide patient level detail of clinic visits for the report month. The file is
generated for electronic transmission to Service Biometrics Agencies and/or other
purposes designated by the MTF. The requirement for the file layout is contained in the
WWR UDF for Approval - PAD 90305-307. (See Table 1-9).
(a) A Workload Audit File of clinic visits ASCII format (for electronic
transmission) includes patient level detail of outpatient clinic visits in the report month. The
file also includes an Other Health Insurance Indicator, Visit Type Indicator (Outpatient,
Inpatient, and Ambulatory Procedure), and MEPRS codes I to the 4th level.
(b) If a patient has more than one clinic visit during the report month and
any one of the data elements have changed (for example: Date of Visit, Clinic Service,
Patient Category, or Zip code), a separate record is generated for each change. Report
data on the file is the information that was current at the time of the visit.
