(c) The Workload Audit Report (Section I only) includes the number of
admissions, bed and sick days, and admission and disposition dates for each inpatient
register number.
(d) The Worldwide Workload Audit of Clinic Visit File provides patient-
level detail of clinic visits for the report month.
(e) All counts are traceable to a medical record.
(8) The CHCS computes the WWR and the two WWR audit reports. The MTF
may not edit critical data elements, except for those clinics which are not on CHCS and
ancillary services. Only corrections made by correcting the patient record on the CHCS
are acceptable if the audit reports are to be used.
